RETURNING GOODS

When shopping remotely, you do not have the option to inspect and try the goods beforehand. In such cases, the Civil Code accommodates you and grants you the right to return the goods within 14 days and receive a refund (see Terms and Conditions).

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT:

• The purchased goods must be returned without wear and tear, in the original packaging, including all warranty cards, guarantees, and certificates, without damaged seals, protective packaging, foils, stickers, and manufacturer's tags.
• Please include proof of purchase, invoice, or any other document proving the purchase of the goods.
• The costs associated with withdrawing from the purchase contract are borne by the buyer.
• The purchase price of the goods will be refunded to you no later than 30 days after withdrawal.

It is not possible to withdraw from the purchase contract in the case of customization of goods at the client's request, i.e., especially size adjustments, engraving, etching, etc. (see Terms and Conditions).
