Franck Muller Remember offers a fascinating reinterpretation of time – with hands that move backwards, creating a poetic reflection on the passing of moments. The Cintrée Curvex 8880 stands out with its iconic case shape and a concept that is playful yet profoundly sophisticated.
The case, measuring 39.6 × 55.4 mm, is crafted from 18kt rose gold, hand-polished to a brilliant finish. The dial features a sunray guilloché pattern, protected by sapphire crystal, with 25 layers of lacquer carrying Franck Muller’s signature Arabic numerals – here displayed in reverse order. An alligator strap with a rose gold buckle completes the look on the wrist.
Inside beats the automatic MVT 2536-REM movement, with bidirectional winding, a 42-hour power reserve, and haute horlogerie finishes from Côtes de Genève to perlage and anglage. The Remember is not only a timepiece but also a philosophy – a reminder that every moment is unique.
